The Mortgage Collective is an independent mortgage broker. We are licensed as a mortgage broker in Arizona (#AZMB-2008586) and Utah (#14218434), Company NMLS #2469778. As a broker, we help you find financing through third-party lenders; we do not make the final credit decision. You can verify our licensing at NMLS Consumer Access.
